Not HDB, Private house with very very big bedroom . Four storeys building 15 min by bus to East Coast Beach . Hang clothes at balcony so no need to worry for rain. Bedrooms are especially decorated with wooden floor .
Very big king bed frames with very comfortable mattresses. Including 32 inches TV , laptop tables , office chair. Dressing table with mirror . Standing mirror for full body view .
Inside the unit is two storey, bedrooms are located at upstairs, two bathroom ( upstairs & downstairs )
Very privacy & windy & cooling place . The whole unit is only staying 5 person including you . Only three working people ( the other two -one is maid , the owner old grandfather on wheelchairs )
ချက်စားလို့ရတယ် ချက်ပီးရင်တော့ပြန်သန့်ရှင်းပေးရန် ၊ စလုံးနိုင်ငံသား အဘိုးကြီးက ဘာမှ မပြောဘူး တအားသဘောကောင်းတာ ခြေထောက်သိပ်မကောင်းတာ လူမမာတော့မဟုတ်ဘူး၊ အနည်းဆုံးတော့ ၄ လနေပေးရမှာပါရှင့်၊ HDB နဲ့နေရတာနဲ့တခြားစီပါဘဲ-ပတ်ပတ်လည်ကလဲ လုံးချင်းအိမ်တွေကြီးဘဲမို့ လေဝင်လေထွက်အလွန်ကောင်းပါတယ်။အိမ်သာရေချိုးခန်း သန့်ရှင်းရေးကလဲ house maid always do the cleaning , it is very clean & peaceful environments. East Coast Beach နဲ့လဲ ကပ်ရက်၊ no high storey buildings at surrounding.
