I have 4yrs experience over working as a professional QS at Singapore A1 main contractor.
My programme aims to give students an understanding of measurement, estimating and contract administration procedures for construction work. It will provide opportunities for students to understand important aspects of work in the built environment and the scope of work they can do after completion of 1month QS programme.
Course Outline :
1. An understanding of the principles of measurement of civil and general building work for structure,Archi ,external work and landscape.
2. Tendering Procedures ( FOT,BOQ,SOR)
3. Contract Administration & Costing
4. Cost and Quantity Analysis
5 . Quotation skills
6. Project monthly Claim and VO
7. Basic Knowledge of Foundation Piles and taking off Quantity
