Requirements:
- Must have good English proficiency
- Must have good command of MS Office applications like Word, Excel, etc
- Must have good working attitude with willingness to learn
- Must be well organised and enjoy paying attention to details
- Must be proactive and meticulous
- Must be able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
Work Duties:
- Co-ordinate and manage administrative functions
- Application, cancellation and renewal progress of foreign workers
- Liaise with training centres to arrange courses for the workers
- Liaise with workers to arrange tasks to be done
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks (e.g. filing, maintaining office cleanliness, etc)
