Job Description: | We are looking for the below position in our company (direct employer, NOT Agent) and prefer with below criteria :
Position : Accountant (Full set)
Education : Any recognized degree and Accounting experience/knowledge. Operational level for Ms Office, Quickbooks operational level
Language : Fluent communication skills in English
Experience : Working experience in related fields i.e. Administrative works, Accounting and Secretary experience.
Status Requirements: PR only
Job scope : • Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reports to Management. i.e. P&L, General ledger, Reconciliation, Balance sheet incl. amount due, prepayment, deposit, etc.
• Responsible to fulfil IRAS compliance i.e. quarterly, and yearly company GST filing requirements, staff income tax IR8A, maintaining IFRS116 schedule for lease liability, etc.
• Preparation and closing of monthly and yearend financial statements into XBRL format and filing ACRA.
• Timely issuing receivable invoices (FDA) to the clients and keeping records in SOAs.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables due (open invoices) from clients against updated SOA and get the due in time.
• Checking invoices and making payments to the service providers/suppliers against work order records from the operation team.
