Job Description: | Chef/Cook (Western/Asian) and Kitchen Helpers
Degree/Diploma in restautant industry or any relevant fields.
Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
Previous prep or line cook experience.
Ability to take direction.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
Commitment to quality service, and food & beverage knowledge
Can Speak Mandarin (For Local & PR)
Can communications Mandarin (For Foreigner )
Able to start work immediately
Singaporean/Malaysian/PR/DP
