Job Description: 
Customer Service Assistant/Executive

Responsibilities:

-Deliver quality customer service and provide relevant ad-hoc assignments by management
-Intimate knowledge of the customer’ needs and positive attitude
-Able to communicate clearly, Bi-lingual
Able to handle phone calls and complaints with management skills

Requirements:

-GCE A or O level
Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the service industry
-Pleasant Personality and Friendly, able to work as a team
-Work accurate and with eye for detail
