Job Description: | Cost Estimation & Planning: Calculating material, labor, and time requirements to draft initial budgets and feasibility studies.
Tendering & Procurement: Preparing tender documents, managing the bidding process, and negotiating contracts.
Contract Administration: Drafting and reviewing legal contracts to ensure compliance and minimize commercial risk.
Cost Control & Valuation: Tracking ongoing expenses, reviewing subcontractor work, and valuing completed work for payment processing.
Variation & Claims Management: Pricing changes to the original scope (variations) and resolving commercial claims or disputes.
