Job Description: | Cost Management & Estimation: Preparing cost plans, estimates, and budgets for construction projects, ranging from initial design to final accounts.
Contract Administration: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating, contracts, as well as managing sub-contractor accounts.
Procurement & Material Management: Ordering materials, managing inventory, and handling requests for quotation (RFQ) or tenders.
Risk & Value Management: Assessing potential risks and implementing cost-reduction strategies to maximize value without compromising quality.
Project Monitoring: Tracking project progress, managing variations, and preparing financial reports.
