Job Description: | Key Responsibilities:
• Visit potential clients and understand their requirements.
• Able to take off quantity from construction drawings to prepare quotation.
• Will be responsible for arrangement of project sites.
• Liaise with client, consultant, subcontractors, suppliers, worker.
• To undertake any other ad hoc assignments or projects as assigned from time to time
Educational Level:
• Diploma holders with relevant experience in construction sector.
• Safety Certificates (Safety Supervisor, Work at Height Manager, etc.)
• Motorbike Driving License is required.
Work Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction Sector.
• Experience in the Painting, Waterproofing or Epoxy Flooring will be advantageous.
Skills:
• Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in AUTOCAD application
• Other Attributes (relevant to the job):
• Able to multitask, meticulous and highly organized
• Excellent communication and people engagement skills
• Proactive, strong team player and able to work independently |
