Job Description: | Bartender x 1 vacancy, Floor Service Crew x 2 vacancies ,Head Chef x 1 vacancy
Bartender's Responsibilities:
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Wash glassware and utensils after each use
- Pour wine and beer
- Serve food to customers seated at the bar
- Check identification of customers to make sure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol products
- Determine when a customer has had too much alcohol
- Clean up after customers and clean work area
- Order and maintain liquor and bar supplies
- Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays
- Other duties assign by the Management
Floor Service Crew Responsibilities:
- Check patrons' identification in order to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
- Escort customers to their tables.
- Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
- Inform customers of daily specials.
- Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
- Serve food and/or beverages, prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
- Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food & tableware
- To provide personalised customer service according to the standards established
- Maintain the general cleanliness and orderliness of the restaurant
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences
Good track record in customer service
Able to communicate in good English
Good looking, well groomed and presentable
Minimum age of 19 & above
