Job Description: | * Agency fee payable by successful candidates*
Requirement:
- Must have at least 8-10 years of working experience as head chef (able to come up with dishes, control the kitchen, etc)
- Must be good in cooking modern European cuisine, preferably French / German type
- Must have enthusiasm and flair in cooking direction
- Must be willing to work long hours
Work Duties:
- Create menu items
- Manage and work closely with other cooks
- Determine food inventory needs
- Ensure kitchen meets all regulations, including sanitary and safety guidelines
- Any other duties required of a typical head chef
