Job Description: | ***Applicants must have at least a degree in IT related courses.
Responsibilites & Job Scope:
Lead a team of on-call (24/7) Service engineers to support, identify, implement and drive service improvements in Technical support.
This encompasses :
-Process management
- Support, define and implement field plans and objectives for Technical Service Trouble-shooting, repairs, reporting and training. This includes Co-ordination for Process Improvement of overall service standards e.g. response time, resolutions, documentation, training, follow up processes, spare parts management etc
- Supervise and Monitor
- Service calls to observe employee's demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies.
- Service delivery and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring that obligations are met, issues escalated and prioritised.
-Effective root Cause Analysis of incidents affecting customers, to prevent reoccurrences
-Liaise with IT Service Executive to :
- Deliver timely service support to customers
- Manage SLA & measure service performance
- Provide continuous feedback for service improvement
-Resource demand forecasting to ensure the company can plan and effectively deliver end-to-end services. Work with other Managers to interpret and plan projects and workload forecasts on an ongoing basis.

 Minimum - Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science, Business IT or other equivalent university degree.
ï‚§ Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage
