Job Description: | ***Applicants must have at least a degree in IT/Engineering related field
Responsibilities & Job Scope:
The overall responsibility of this position is - governance across all areas of the company’s IT services including service management, incident and change management, continual service improvement and customer satisfaction as well as playing a key role in ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery.
The Service Executive has overall accountability for defining the service, ensuring services meet the business need and are delivered in accordance with agreed business requirements, and managing the service lifecycle – in conjunction with the Service Support Team.
Focusing on determining and meeting customers' needs ; Accountable for overall account all customers.
ï‚§ Building a personal relationship with key client staff
ï‚§ Successful service delivery - SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction
ï‚§ Monitoring overall performance of services
 Good communication around issues and opportunities – get things done, make things happen
ï‚§ Collaborating with management on client account management and growth
ï‚§ Ensuring Technical teams are aware of changes and are prepared
ï‚§ Building service reports
 Communicating across organisational boundaries – from engineers through to senior managers
 Looking out for client’s and MQ’s long-term interests
ï‚§ Following up if service delivery is not meeting expectations
ï‚§ Working with the Client, Suppliers and Technical teams to resolve problems and prioritize of work requests
ï‚§ Ability to learn and understand products e.g. hardware and software domain
Requirements:
ï‚§ At least 1-2 year experience in IT service role.
ï‚§ Candidates with Network Controller experience may apply
ï‚§ Leadership skills - able to work closely with and motivate respective teams (including Suppliers) while maintaining customer focus, and finding the right balance between the two when tackling various projects
ï‚§ Strong problem solving skills - Able to analyse and assess problem situations as they arise in order to plan, design, and implement suitable solutions.
ï‚§ Customer service oriented ; possess strong interpersonal skills
 Minimum - Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science, Business IT or other equivalent university degree.
ï‚§ Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage
