Job Description: | **Applicants must have Degree/Diploma in IT or Engineering related courses.
Working Hours: 44hr/week (Shift Basis)
Overtime Pay: Available
Position: IT Support Engineer
Responsibilities and Job Scope:
To provide technical services and support of hardware and software issues on desktop, servers involving application installation, setup and maintenance of clinical devices.
Network and security troubleshooting.
Handle investigation of IT technical issues raised by users.
Coordinate with Project Lead on field visits and other technical matters.
Escalate service issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels or timeline.
Communicate with users as required, in keeping users informed of incident progress.
Requirements:
Possess certificate in IT/Engineering related fields.
Candidates with min 2 years of experience working in the IT field will be an added advantage.
Diagnosis skills of technical issues.
This position requires a considerable amount of pushing, pulling, stooping, bending and lifting.
Good interpersonal skills and team player
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment.
Candidates must be able to commit for rotating shift pattern and comfortable to work in hospital environment.
