Job Description: | My client from Singapore in the cinema industry is currently looking for Myanmar Nationality about 10-15 Female Management Trainees under the S Pass. The salary package is as follows:
Basic salary : $1000 (44 hours a week)
Shift Allowance : $500 (shift patterns will be according to different cinemas & the discretion of the supervisors)
Hardship Allowance : $510
Fixed Allowance : $200
Overtime : As & when required. Will be calculated based on the basic salary of $1000.
Other condition will follow employment contract.
Requirements :
• Young university graduates (around 23 years old) with a passion in cinema industry
• Must be very fluent in English (both spoken & written)
• Willing to work long hours when require, even through midnight
• Willing to learn and work as service crew initially in order to understand all the operations and services needs.
• Need to manage , be patient to staffs & customers
Job Description
• Able to perform the tasks of cinema service crew
• Ensure the security of cinema and equipment at the end of the shift
• Opening / Closing of cinema including cash handling and opening & closing procedures
• Ensure the readiness and proper presentation of all areas of the location or within the complex during operating hours
• Ensure that staff adopt proper procedures in projection , concession , floor or ticket sales duties
• Maintain work discipline and report any staff misconduct to superior , to report /feedback to Manager for any course of action
• Conduct training and coaching of Cinema Service Crew
• Assist in handling customer complaint
• Assist in group booking and sale of vouchers
• Familiar with breakdown / emergency procedures
• Perform special assignment and project as required.
