Job Description: | *Agency fee payable by successful candidates*
Requirement:
- 3-4 years of related working experience (2 years or more in Singapore preferred)
- Strong electrical and engineering knowledge and experience
- Knowledge in use of basic AutoCAD, reading drawings and quantity surveying
- Possess good communication, negotiation and coordination skills and has ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Physically strong
- Hardworking, willing to learn and proactive.
- Able to work independently and is a team player
Duties:
- Drafting using AutoCAD
- Perform QS duties
- Liaise and establish rapport with all related parties including company clients, contractors, and consultants on certification of claims for payments
- Perform all other ad hoc engineering-related tasks
- On-the-job training will be provided but solid QS foundation/experience is necessary so that will not spend too much time learning everything
Working Days / hours : Mon - Sat / 9am - 6pm
