Job Description: | *Agency fee payable by successful candidates*
Requirements
- Have min. 1 years of Singapore working experience as site foreman/ engineer.
- Possess an educational certificate in Civil Engineering/ Building.
- Well versed in reading construction drawings & using leveling instrument.
- Good knowledge of construction process and sequence.
- Hardworking and good team player.
- Good communication skills in English.
Work Duties
- Monitor site works, carry out inspection, planning and other site activities
- Site & quality control.
- Daily record of site activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and workers to carry out tasks efficiently
- Supervise team and ensure safety and compliance of work on site
- Report progress on projects to management, maintain and update project reporting.
- Liaise with clients/consultant and authorities on technical matters
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Working Days / Hours: 6days / 8am - 5pm
(must be able to work beyond normal working hours as and when job requires)
