Job Description: | - Responsibility
1) Inventory Management (pertaining to metal scaffold accessories rental/sale/purchase issues)
2) Billing and processing of monthly rental invoices / rental charges listings / credit notes & statement
3) Liasing with store personnel for deliveries and returns
4) Consolidating DOs and RNs monthly or weekly
5) Data entry and testing of new logistic software
6) Chasing payment collection
7) Attending to customer's enquiries
8) Maintain proper filing system and the upkeep of office equipment
9) Performs other duties as assigned when in need
-requirements (experience in/period of experience/educational certificates/special requirements/ etc)
1) Minimum secondary (GCE O Levels) and above
2) Efficient in MS Office (Excel and Words) and pc
3) Relevant accounting or admin experience will be good
4) Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
5) Willing to learn
6) Able to work independently
7) Preferably worked in SG before and in same industry
-working hours
Mondays to Fridays (9am to 5.30pm) with 1 hour lunch break
Alternate Saturdays (8.30am to 12pm) for initial period, might revised later on

1) Medical Leave - 14 days
2) Medical Reimbursment - cap at $40 max per visit (proof of receipt)

$1,800 and above depending on qualifications and work experience
