Job Description: | *Agency fee payable by successful candidates*
Requirement:
- Above 2 years of relevant experience in crane manufacturing industry or related
- Possess excellent written and oral communication
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work, with ability to meet assigned deadlines
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal supervision from superior
- Excellent AutoCAD skills in both 2D and 3D drawing
Work Duties:
- Design of crane (EOT, Gantry, Monorail, Jib Crane etc).
- Responsible for ensuring project elements are checked and reviewed according to QA procedures
- Coordinates with in-charged on new process requirements, design interference check and design changes
- Adheres to ISO quality requirements in the execution of works
- Prepare non-standard crane, hoist part component and machinery design layout drawing
- Design and calculate of steel weight for quotation
- Structural analysis and design of cranes girder and supporting structures, etc.
- Reinforced concrete design, steel structure design and selection of fastener
- Assist civil works in conjunction with runway column structures and fasting
- Prepare build drawing for each project
- Preparations of submission documents for construction approval
- Attends site check/verification if necessary
- Prepare structural detail AutoCAD drawings and also check and work with in-house Draughtman on layout and crane production drawing etc.
Working Days: Mon - Fri, Alternate half-day Saturday
(must work every Saturday during the first 6 months probation)
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon-Fri)
9am - 1pm (Sat)
