Job Description: | *Agency Fee Payable By Successful Candidate*
Requirement :
- Must possess a degree in Civil Engineering
- Must be able to understand, converse and read English
- QS experience in Singapore Construction sector would be advantageous
- Must attend two interviews . one with agent and one with client
- Trustworthy and responsible
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Possess good communication, negotiation and coordination skills and has ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Knowledge of and experience in using basic AutoCAD
- Able to work independently and is a team player
Work Duties :
- General quantity surveying duties such as pre/post contract duties, taking-off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost and tender administrative duties
- Source new vendors, compilation of quotation & comparisons of quotes. Review of prices, selection of competitive prices and summarizing subcontracts, materials and equipment. Evaluation & certification of contractors and claim
- Assist in preparation of tenders submission and pre-tender pricing verification
- Evaluate tender/cost and manage contacts
- Prepare monthly progress claim and necessary cost analysis reports
- Perform contract claims, billings and collections
- Liaise and establish rapport with all related parties including company clients, contractors, and consultants on certification of claims for payments
