Assist the Project Consultant in the digital web projects delivery process from initiation to post-delivery, with opportunities to own and work on projects independently where suitable.
Responsibilities
Develop relevant project documentations which encompass the entire spectrum of detailed information aspects required to deliver digital projects successfully. This can include requirements specifications, scope of work, development plans, project budgets, team briefs, development specifications and testing documentations
Participate in the proposal process to develop solutions to address client's needs and requirements
Communicate and engage effectively with all project stakeholders and support them with relevant information and documentations
Manage and control project risks and budgets to successfully deliver project on-time and within budget and support with regular reporting
Own the quality on all project deliverables to ensure optimum delivery outputs and all stakeholders' satisfaction
Develop adequate competencies in major aspects of the digital industry: campaigns/site rollouts/technical builds/marketing/creative/analytics
Develop adequate familiarity with emerging technology platforms and implementation methods
Skills and Capabilities
Ability to communicate, engage and deliver effectively within the Project team and to stakeholders
Ability to develop the relevant project documentations conforming to acceptable internal standards
Ability to assimilate project methodologies and built adequate competencies in major aspects of the digital industry
Good working knowledge of the MS Office suite
Good written and communication skills
Meticulous and attentive to details
Responsible, dedicated and proactive
Good working attitude with willingness to learn and grow
Ability to work well within a team
Basic knowledge of mainstream Web technologies preferred
Experience, the ideal candidate will have
Formal working experience of at least 1 year
Persons with relevant experience will be considered for a more senior role
