Job Description: | Responsibilities
- Conduct and deliver technical training (in aspects of aircon) in Asia and Oceania
- Conduct product training, sales and service training to internal and external customers
- Schedule and coordinate training classes
- Prepare training materials and arrange necessary equipment relative to the effective delivery of the training
- Involved in the making of various presentation, CD & DVD for education & technical support
- Selects or develops teaching aids, such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, and reference books
- Provide field support when required
- Understand internal control guidelines, the relevant policies and procedures pertaining to your job function and execute the controls conscientiously
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superior
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- At least 2 years of working experience preferably in air-conditioning related industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in a career in people development & improvement of processes
- Willing to travel within the region
- Bilingual in English and Burmese or Mandarin to conduct training in Myanmar
- Training will be provided
Working Days / Hours : Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6.00pm
