Job Description: | Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls, recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify and prepare payment to sub-contractors
- Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paper work diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Technical experience in the related industry with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller or HVAC systems will be an added advantage
- Resourceful with good analytical, communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- Good project management knowledge
- Possess valid Class 3 driving license is an added advantage
