Job Description: | Position: Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant
No. of Position: 1 Post
Location: Yangon
Roles and responsibilities
• To receive the guests and contact relevant personnel.
• To receive incoming calls and refer to related person and/or take messages
• To handle general administrative work
• To handle incoming and outgoing fax and distribute to relevant person
• To assist hotel arrangements, air ticket bookings if needed
• To supervise the reception area, to ensure that it is looking good, that it is clean etc.
• To collect, duplicate, bind, laminate, file and communicate information
• To maintain the attendance record, follow up leave forms
• To maintain stationery stock, record daily usage and request for procurement when the balance is low
• To update the office extension number and distribute the list to all staff.
• Other duties may be necessary from time to time on an occasional basis.
Qualifications, experience and competences
• Degree holder, 1-2 years of experiences
• Good communication skills with strong team spirit
• Flexibility, adaptability and a commitment to work with a team
• A good team player; has a co-operative spirit, ability to work independently to a high professional standards
• Has strong ability to manage self and prioritize workloads; able to work under stressful conditions, and within timeframe(s), strong initiative
• Good computer knowledge (word, excel)
• Willingness and ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people
