Account Admin Officer
Job Descriptions;
• TT, LC, Bank documentation process
• Responsible for a set of accounts (AR/AP, Contra, etc)
• Maintain efficient Book Keeping and filing system
• Verification & processing of Invoice, Delivery order & Payment vouchers
• Quarterly GST filing with IRAS
• Supports Management in reviewing.
Assists in Following Functions;
• Process Purchase Order daily for projects and stock items
• Understanding and implement Purchasing Plan.
• Liaising with Forwarders/Courier services for the import & export shipments on the Purchases.
• Coordinate and communicate between our suppliers and customers
• Other relevant Tasks assigned by the Management
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Account /Business or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years' relevant experience (Knowledge on Myanmar Trade will be an advantage)
• Excellent interpersonal, Strong negotiation skills & communication skills
• Meticulous , Detail oriented, Ensuring Time Line Met, Able to Multi Tasks
• Knowledge in Microsoft office is essential
• Knowledge in shipment and the incoterm will be an advantage.
