Job Description: | PROJECT ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- To help manage construction projects.
- Prepare project schedule.
- To attend site meeting.
- Coordinate with project team, consultants, clients, and sub-contractors.
- Submit project progress report to clients.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Computer proficient in MS Project, ME Excel, and MS Word.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Skilled in communicating with internal and external parties.
- Highly proactive attitude and strong problem solving skills.
- Knowledge in fabrication & erection of steel structure and installation of tanks & vessel
PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
-To manage construction projects independently.
- To manage the budget cost given by the company.
- Monitors the progress of the works with respect to the targeted schedule.
- Attends the weekly/monthly progress meetings with the client/consultants.
- To oversee the implementation of the project quality plan.
- To assist in the settlement of the project final accounts at the end of the contract.
- Monitor wastage of major/critical materials used in the project.
Requirements:
- Engineering graduate with a degree or diploma and at least 5 years working experience in managing projects involving in planning and scheduling of delivery and erection, testing, and commissioning.
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Skilled in communicating with internal and external parties.
- Highly proactive attitude and strong problem solving skills.
- Experience in structural steelworks.
- Able to work under pressure and long hour. |
