At now, I heard about of some agents for the job who are cheating money from job seekers and threat to the job seekers.
Because some job seekers are didn't know about which requirements were needed.
So you all the job seekers are should be careful to this kind of job agents.
"If you don't want to get cheating by the agents, following requirements will be needed to know."
1. They must show you their ORIGINAL AGENT LICENSE and must give you a PHOTO COPY. Or they must give you their VISITING CARD, which included with their LICENSE NUMBER.
(This is only for LEGAL AGENTS)
2. They must show you their S'PORE CITIZENSHIP CARD or S'PORE PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD and must give you a PHOTO COPY. For these case, whatever they are even the STUDENTS or EMPLOYER or DEPENDENT, they must show you their ORIGINAL PASS CARD and must give you a PHOTO COPY. (You must COMPARE the PHOTOs in their CARDs with their FACEs).
(This is one of the most important for the job seekers.)
3. They must AGREE and SIGN on the AGREEMENT LETTER (which is writing with ENGLISH LANGUAGE and if require, write with their HAND WRITING is the best) and must INCLUDE their NAME, AGENT LICENSE NUMBER (if they are legal agent) and THEIR NRIC/FIN NUMBER (Eg. S1234567X, G1234567X, G1234567L, etc..). (You must double check their NAME, AGENT LICENSE NUMBER and NRIC/FIN NUMBER with their ORIGINAL CARD NUMBER.)
(This is the second one of the most important.)
4. If they are LEGAL AGENTs, you don’t need to pay any payments as soon as you give your profile.
But some AGENTs may be asked for some register fees only between S$15 to S$100 with receipt which must have any evidence support for proof at future. Whatever if they were lied your money, it will be support to you.
(This is the third one of the most important.)
