Job Description: | Responsibilities:
•Handling customer enquiries via phone or walk-ins on tour packages.
•Propose appropriate travel products and services in accordance to client’s requirements
•Propose reservation of air and land travel products
•Liaise with airlines and suppliers on operations matters
•Provide travel information and assist with visa applications
•Ensure travel documents and invoices are processed correctly
Requirements:
•Diploma or equivalent in travel and tourism preferred
•Fluent in written and spoken English
•At least 1 year related experience
•Knowledge of Abacus/Amadeus GDS ticketing system
•Good in communication and interpersonal skills
•Pro-active, organized and ability to multi-task
