Patient Liaison Executive at hospital of Singapore( One position for job vacancy- if you are interested, please send your resume to veenora@gmail.com)
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Development, you will be responsible to manage the Patient Education Centre to deliver good customer service for patients and visitors to ensure good customer experience at Hospital. You will also manage customer relations with patients, and plan activities according to the department's goals and direction as set out by the Director of Corporate Development.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of public relations / customer service work experience
• Preferably with experience in a healthcare setting
• Bilingual with good command of spoken English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good office skills and PC literate
• Passion for customer service and able to relate well to people from all walks of life
• Able to work on weekends and after office hours when required |
