Job Description: | Facade Designer
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with project team to develop and preparation of Façade concept drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings and as-build drawings.
• Attend coordination meeting with Client, Architects, Consultants and Contractors for the approval of design & drawings.
• Coordination with Design Team and other internal teams for design issues
• Prepares and updates material and quantity take-off for project procurement and bid proposals.
• Assists in preparing cost estimate for tender proposal.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 years of relevant working experience in Building Façade field with good understanding of architectural products.
• Demonstrated proficiency with software applications such as AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, Adobe Photoshop, Google Sketch up, Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Mature, responsible, confident and able to multi-task and work within tight deadline.
• Hard working, result orientated and pleasant personality.
