Job Description: | RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Improve on production’s needs to enhance efficiency
•Manage and procure spare parts inventory
•Prepares, controls and implements departmental budget
•Identify future operation needs for new product development
•Develop, plan and execute all approved capital expenditures
•Obtain all necessary licenses/certificates for factory operation
•Supervise, motivates and coaches the subordinates
•Perform ad-hoc duties as required
OTHER REQUIREMENT:
•Exp in Manufacturing and utilities equipment, layout and setups, proficient in testing,installation,trouble shooting and electro-pnuematic mechanical machines systems and various types of PLC Controls;
•Willing to work off/odd hours due to urgent maintenance needs.
IMPORTANT :
-Degree in Engineering with RF knowledge or equivalent.
-Min 5yrs of Managerial Exp in Food Manufacturing Industries.
-Male Only
-Need To be Hardworking & Confident
-Myanmar & PRC Preffered
