Job Description: | We are looking for Chefs/kitchen staff with western/Japan kitchen background.
For Japanese Chef Post:
Job Descriptions:
1.Candidates with a minimum of 3 years experiences working in a Japanese Restaurant like grilling,sashimi,tepanyaki and tempura.
-must be a graduate of any degree/diploma
-must have a relevant experienced 3 years experienced
-willing to work on weekends and on public holidays
-must be honest and hardworking
-can work in a minimal supervision
For Western Chef :
-Clean food and the preparation areas
-Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer
-Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
-Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared
-Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles
-Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee and fountain drinks
-Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by patron, and prepare and cook food according to instructions
-Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity
-Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking
**REQUIREMENTS**
-must be a graduate of any degree/diploma
-must have a relevant experienced 1-5 years experienced
-willing to work on weekends and on public holidays
-must be honest and hardworking
-can work in a minimal supervision
-Positive attitude with high levels of energy & enthusiasm
