25 dollar per day for Short term.
Minimum 7months Stay
Whole house 4 ladies
Shower room, toilet -share 2 persons

Can cook, to clean after cooking
Water heater, Microwave, washing machine
Quiet Environment
10th Floor
Need to do house cleaning as schedule, same as other room mates.
Near Outram MRT (3 bus stops) SGH, OCH,Vivocity, China Town, Peninsula
Near 2 food courts,Mini NTUC, 24hours mart, WetMarket, Beside Thai Temple.
Need to give one month deposit.
After 7 months, if for transfer, both parties can give one month notice
Deposit will be refunded on transfer day.
If transfer before 7months, will not get back deposit, except for critical health issues or important family matters, depends on condition.
Need to use the house belongings properly.
Need to share Aircon service 3monthly, (if need to do chemical cleaning or gas top up, to share equally, quite rare).
If household utensils faulty, need to share repair fee
Visitors allow, Not overnight staying except for important events.
No smoking, no drinking
Need to follow SG rules
