Description: | Looking for 1 man share with another 1 man. Rental fee $625 including PUB. ချက်မစားရင် $၂၅ လျော့ပေးပါမည်။ Register လုပ်ပေးပါမည်။ Any valid passes are welcome except student pass. No work from home. No night shift.
2 persons/room. Total 6 persons at whole unit including you.
Just 4-5 minutes walk to Eunos MRT & bus interchange. Postal code 402038.
High floor at level 14. New house new Aircon Mitsubishi Starmax. Can use the Aircon 9PM-7AM. At weekends, can use until 9 AM but when go out, please help me OFF it because I keep the remote control in the room.
Aircon serving fee has to be shared 3 months 1 time. $30/room.
Only need to share bathroom total 3 persons including you.
Wifi with Data point, centralised heater , laminated floor, built-in wardrobe, table, chair, single bed and mattress will be provided. All full facilities.
Minimum stay 6 months for HDB register. If stay less than 6 months, deposit will NOT be refunded.
1 month deposit and 1 month notice to move out. Notice MUST give BEFORE 1st of the month. Deposit is not allowed to offset with rental fee.
Looking for LONG TERM.
The room is big enough to stay for 2 persons but not big room.
Not suitable for people who want big room, who has a lot of personal belongings.
