Description: | We are looking for 1 lady roommate to share another lady in big common room.
Our block is at hilltop, very windy, condo-layout with green, clean and peaceful environment. 8-10 mins walking distance from Bukit Gombak MRT. (Not required umbrella)
Wet market, NTUC, Prime, Giant and many food-counts nearby.
We are working professionals, and respect others' privacy. You will be peaceful and comfortable at our home as 5 ladies (including you) will be staying at the whole flat. We will register with HDB once confirmed.
Rental: $600
Rental including,
PUB (electricity, water & gas)
Fan (NO Aircon)
high speed Internet
fully furnished (study table & chair, mattress & bed sheet, wardrobe, Fridge, washing machine, water heater)
Cooking allowed but NO heavy cooking please.
sharing the washroom: 2 ladies (Including you)
Please take note that you are,
1) Required to clean your bedroom and
washroom regularly
(Cleaning washroom is weekly by turn)
2) Required to clean up the stove, cooking area after use
3) Required to clean kitchen floor once a month by turn
4) No smoking, No alcohol drinking, No male visitors, No overnight stay visitors please.
5) 1 month notice/1 month deposit. Deposit will be refunded only on the last day when you are moving out.
