Description: | We are looking for 2 ladies' roommates or 1 Lady stay alone.
Our block is at hilltop, very windy, condo-layout with green, clean and peaceful enol high speed Internet.
fully furnished (study table & chair, mattress & bed sheet, wardrobe, Fridge, washing machine, water heater)
Cooking allowed but NO heavy cooking please.
sharing the washroom: 3 ladies (Including you)
rental : $600 per person for 2 ladies or $1050 for single lady stay alone. ( net-All inclusive)
Please take note that you are,
1) Required to clean your bedroom and
washroom regularly
(Cleaning washroom is weekly by turn)
2) Required to clean up the stove, cooking area after use
3) Required to clean kitchen floor once a month by turn
4) No smoking, No alcohol drinking, No male visitors, No overnight stay visitors please.
5) 1 month notice/1 month deposit. Deposit will be refunded only on the last day when you are moving out.
