- Cooking is not allowed (light cooking like boiling egg & instant noodle is no issue)
- Non-smoker welcome and non alcohol inside the room.
- Air con/ Ceiling fan provided
- No visitor to unit, but able to meet up condo compound
- Bed Frame, Mattress, Wardrobe and Water Heater provided
- One month deposit and 1st month advance upon move in
- Owner will clean up living room & dining area weekly
- Prefer tenant who will stay at least 6 months (lesser than this stay is opened to discuss)
- Can enjoy full condo facilities, swimming pool, bbq pit, gym, tennis courts. etc
