Description: | One common room for 2 men $1,400(included PUB). If no cook, $1,300. If want to cook, can discuss. Not suitable for heavy cooker who wants to cook every day.

High floor at level 14. New house new Aircon Mitsubishi Starmax. Can use the Aircon but when go out, please help me OFF it.

Wifi with Data point, centralised heater , laminated floor, built-in wardrobe, table, chair, single bed, mattress, and stand fan will be provided. All full facilities.
Minimum stay 6 months for HDB register. If stay less than 6 months, deposit will NOT be refunded.
1 month deposit and 1 month notice to move out. Notice MUST give BEFORE 1st the month. Deposit is not allowed to offset with rental fee.
