-guest allowed( as long as the guest respect other flatmate )
-cleaner fees,Pub will be shared. She normally come over every two or three weeks. She will clean whole house and iron(office wear) for us. Total fees will be (100 to 200 including wifi,water,electric) .
-we have a dryer so u dont need to waste your time to hang clothes.
- it is not suitable for a people who concerned about sharing toilet even our home has two bathrooms.
-easy access to Raffle and orchard place,habourfront,MDIS,holland village,jurong east and dhoby gaut(direct bus),outram park. |
