- Cooking is allowed. But, will need to clean after cooked.
- No blockage and no corridor is affected. No pet as well.
- Quiet, clean and fully furnished with bed-frame, mattress, wardrobe, computer table/chair, stand fan, water heater & air-con.
- Can use air-con 9:30pm to 7am.
- 1month notice & 1month deposit as usual.
- As all flat-mates are quiet, the environment is suitable for student and the person who want to stay quietly.
- Require to stay clean & tidy for the personal hygiene purpose.
