Description: | Looking for 2 people, both male or female or a couple to share a big common room.
(Two Persons/ room).
-Available on 1st January 2025 onwards.
-5 minutes' walk to Tampines MRT, Tampines Mall, Tampines Bus Interchange.
-no cooking allowed. We are afraid only light cooking is okay.
-S$690 per person (if 2 persons stay), including PUB, Air con, and Wi-Fi.
-Air con; time (9:00 pm to 7:00 am).
-Quiet & peaceful environment. No owner staying.
-No smoking, no drinking, and no visitors are allowed.
-Minimum 6 months' rent otherwise deposit of 1 month shall not be refunded.
-Deposit will be returned only on the last rental day

-အခန်းပြောင်းလိုလျှင် ၁ လ ြကို ပြောပေးရပါမည်။ နောက်ဆုံးလစာကို စပေါ် ငွေ ဖြင့် ပေးချေ ၍မရပါ။
