* Convenient for dining, grocery shopping, wet market
* If you love to go picnic, biking and jogging, this is the right place to stay as East Coast Beach is just behind.
* 3 ladies in the whole house, all are young, well-behaved, and freedom lifestyle.
* Air-con: no limit, just to share the cost as we used
* Cleaning: alternative
* No drink and no smoke at home
* No limit to cook but please help to clean after used
* No limit to use washing machine but please be flexible with others
