Job Description: | Responsibilities:
- Sorting and allocating incoming paper and electronic mail
- Organizing and filing documents
- Handling incoming calls
- Managing schedules
- Preparing memos, correspondence and spreadsheets
- Assisting the accounts department (eg., book-keeping and data entry)
- Responds and follows up on client requests
- Follow up payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Responsible for participation in general administrative duties (copying, filing, faxing, archiving), ad-hoc projects
*** Must be able to effectively communicate in English and Burmese, in both written and oral forms.
*** We prefer Singapore PR or long term pass holders (LOC) (Age below 40). |
