- to provide bed frame, mattress, big wardrobe, a stand fan, free-wifi, aircon-9 pm to 7 am
-Walking distance to Kaki Bukit MRT/Bedok North MRT
-3 bus stop to Eunos MRT, transportation is very convenient
as many buses in our blk area, Mini-mart at our BLK
compound
- Walking distance to POSB bank, Giant Super Market and
Myanmar store and 24 hour food-court
- HDB register
-Cooking - Not allowed
-No smoking, No drinking alcohol at home, No alcohol person
-Prefer quiet and peaceful person.
-visitors - Not allowed
-We are family of 3 with a helper, so no alternate cleaning
to washroom is required
-Toilet only need to share with another roommate.
-Total 6 persons in house including you.
