We are a small family with 4.5 years boy who are looking for 3 gentlemen/homemates to share with our upcoming rented unit at ‘Block 211, #10-2XX, Bukit Batok Street 21, Singapore 650211’ with the following options.
(1) Single occupancy in first common room @ 1,000.00$/month.[non-cooking]
- queen size bed, wardrobe , Aircon…etc
(2) 2 x Shared common room in 2nd common room @ 650.00$/month each.[non-cooking]
- 2 single beds, wardrobes, Aircon..etc
Unit Conditions :
- Fully furnished & 1200sqft, corner unit with extra common area purchased by landlord.
- 7 minutes walking distance from Bukit Batok MRT with overhead shelters
- looking for longtime occupiers with good awareness of family environments. (SGPR, EP, SPass holders and students are welcome)
- All rooms provided with Aircon units and with every 3 months Aircon servicing
- Daily Aircon operation hours : 9pm to 7:30am
- minimum 6 months occupancy with HDB registration provided
- one month deposit upfront to be paid upon confirmation.
- mutually one month notice after 6th month onwards in case of interest for moving out
- Rental starts on 30th April, 2023.
- All PUB+ Internet bills are included and no other hidden costs
- only 3 persons sharing common bathroom and there is also one extra basin in kitchen convenient for morning rush hour usage before works
- will register all 3 persons for HDB registration as it is mandatory by law now.
