Job Description: | * Agency fee payable by successful candidates*
Requirement:
- Must be in SG to attend face-to-face interview
- Familiar with 2D autoCAD software, preferably with working experience. Knowing 3D will be advantageous
- Must be a team player and work closely with Project Manager
- Must have good command of English
- Singapore working experience would be advantageous
- Training will be provided but must be willing to learn and hardworking to pick up skills fast
- Must be proactive, responsible, committed and meticulous
Work Duties:
- Work on all aspect of main contract and subcontract administration and cost management from inception of project through to completion
- Manage measurement and taking off quantities
- Coordinate material order, tabulate quantity, assist in progress claim, sub-con claims certification
- Monitor and update of quantities used on site
- Managing budgets and finalizing of accounts
- Attend meeting and provide advice on cost to Project managers
- Interaction, communication & develop relationship with client/main contractors/project managers/subcontractor and in-house colleagues
- Assist in project setup and project manager
- Evaluate and process vendors’ claims
- Prepare monthly progress claims in timely manner
- Responsible for reviewing/processing installation plan designs and details
- Maintain up to date floor drawing
- Assist supervisor in administrate documents submission,
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Working days / time: Mon - Fri / 8.30am - 5.30pm; Sat / 830am - 1230pm
