Job Description: | Job Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties (i.e. photocopying, scanning, faxing, data entry, filing, etc)
- Handle all phone & email enquiries
- Materials ordering, follow up with orders and payments
- Preparing, sorting and filing of PO/DO/ invoices and updating into the system
- Organize and maintain proper document system
- Salary calculation, worker permit application and dormitory registration of workers
- Carry out any other instructions given by direct supervisor & management
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Able to work independently after picking up tasks
- Inexperience candidates are welcome
- Minimum ‘O’ level
- Initiative and meticulous
- Savvy with using Microsoft Office applications and good computer skills
Working Days: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm), Sat (8am – 12pm)
