I have a client dealing in jewellery retail chain...called Lee Hwa jewellery http://www.aspial.com and they're looking for retail sales executives to work in singapore....they need about 15. but must be very fluent in english and experienced in customer-service or retail... my client needs to conduct skype interview on 13th of August and travel to myanmar for the face-to-face interview on 27th of August. they're open to both male and female... salary S$ 2000. work 6 days a week. please get those presentable and speaks well. my client needs 15 retail sales executives. Basic: S$2000 Requirements : Diploma / Degree; good spoken English; experience in customer-service / retail sales; sales-driven and outgoing, Gender : Male & Female, Duties : Promote jewellery in retail outlets, serve customers and ensure sales target is being hit Working hours : 60 hours per week (6 days per week) Please send me the biodata and I will do telephonic interviews with them. My client prefers to conduct skype interviews first before flying to Myanmar to interview the selected candidates. for the jewellery job, pls tell candidates that there is sales target and they have to hit sales target. there's commission but the % is based on which outlet they're attached to. Training will be given but they must be patient and able to serve difficult customers normally the commission is $200 - $300, they prefer people with lots of initiative and willing to learn. better to get those who are logical and down-to-earth.... example, if they still cannot meet the expectations, they should observe from their seniors and learn... and during free time, take out training notes to learn. it's important that they ask when they're in doubt, Interview in last week of August on 27th. Lee Hwa needs to recruit from Myanmar again. Theyâre looking at 15 this time round. We target to conduct the skype interview on 27th August
