Job Description: | * Agency fee payable by successful candidates*
$2200/month, 5.5 days work week.
Requirement:
• Good command of English
• Good command of MS Office applications like Word, Excel, etc.
• Must be able to attend interview in Singapore
• SG working experience is not a pre-requisite but relevant admin experience will be an added advantage
• Fresh graduate who studied in SG before are welcomed
• Good working attitude with willingness to learn
• Good communications and interpersonal skill with strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to think strategically and work independently
Work Duties:
• Co-ordinate and manage administrative functions (e.g. attend to incoming calls & guests, reply to emails, etc)
• Arrange logistics aspect of project and support project teams (e.g. prepare delivery orders, etc)
• Liaise effectively with clients, contractors and suppliers (e.g. clarification of purchasing details, scheduling of delivery, etc)
• Updating and maintaining of documents and records (e.g. staff regulatory documentations, worker-related administrative matters for safety courses, etc)
• Purchasing of equipment and materials
• Any other ad-hoc admin duties
