Job Description: | - Responsible for A/C Payable or A/C Receivable
- To prepare, check, verify and process invoices, delivery orders and payments, updating cash book
- Process Vendor invoices on a timely basis
- Ensure payment are made in accordance with schedules
- Assist and work with colleagues for analysis of financial reports, process audit etc
- Liaise with various departments to resolve issue on closing invoices
- Obtaining of approval for payments
- Reconciliation of monthly creditors' statement
- Monitoring of daily bank balance
- Ensure timely monthly closing
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Working days : Monday to Friday ( 5 Days Work )
